​​Dr. Panepinto has been helping athletes and coaches optimize performance for three decades.  As a certified tennis professional (highest designation of the Professional Tennis Registry) and former elite competitor, he has developed a comprehensive view of development as an athlete, coach, and individual.


With a specialty in Sports Psychology and Sports Counseling (Certified Sports Counselor accredited by the International Sports Professionals Association), he served athletes (in several sports), performers, writers, and coaches. 


He has written articles for Tennis Pro, the International Sports Professionals Association (ISPA), and has been featured in articles on martial arts. In addition, he has developed content and courses on Mental Toughness for athletes and parents, as well as CEU courses for the ISPA.
